Note: This product is not intended to be used as a marinade, grilling or cooking sauce.
For most uses, I recommend serving the sauce in small dipping bowls. This way, you can easily
re-use any leftover sauce.
Grilled Food
Rub chicken, chops, ribs with desired seasonings before grilling. Remove fully cooked meat to a plate. Warm Sugar &
Spice Sweet Sauce in microwave and serve in small dipping bowls.
Best Chicken Wings
Order wings plain, extra crispy. (Or dredge fresh wings in flour and fry in plenty of oil (at least 1 cup to prevent
sticking) over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Drain in large bowl lined with paper
towels.) In microwave, heat sauce in resealable container. Add wings, cover and shake gently to coat.
Yummy Pork Chops
Rinse chops, remove all visible fat, and tenderize with Adolph's or McCormick's meat tenderizer, piercing meat deeply.
Dip chops in beaten egg then bread crumbs. Do not preheat oil or breading will likely burn before chops are fully
cooked. Place chops in fry pan in oil (at least 1/3 cup to prevent sticking) over medium heat about 15 minutes per side.
Avoid frequent turning to keep breading intact. Serve warmed sauce in small dipping bowls.
Awesome Ribs
Rinse ribs and place in shallow baking dish. Drizzle 1/2 cup olive oil over ribs and add 1/2 cup white cooking wine or
water to bottom of pan. Cover with tin foil and bake at 290 degrees for at least 3 hours, basting occasionally and adding
more fluid if necessary. Place ribs on plates and pour warmed sauce over ribs.
Chinese/Asian Foods
Great on just about any kind of Chinese/Asian take out. Add to General Tsao's chicken, sesame chicken or beef, egg
rolls . . . What's your favorite method of delivery!?
Best Ever Fried Shrimp
Dredge raw de-veined shrimp in flour and fry in plenty of oil over medium heat until golden and crispy. Drain on paper
towels. In microwave, heat sauce in resealable container. Add shrimp, cover and shake gently to coat.
Vegetarian
Great on plain cooked broccoli. Also try it on any fried or grilled vegetables, like eggplant, sweet potatoes, cauliflower,
mushrooms, etc.
Olive Oil Fried Brussels Sprouts
Trim outer leaves from sprouts and cut them in half. Fry them slowly over low heat, turning once or twice, until golden
brown and crispy. Dip in warmed sauce.
Our hot product can also be added to anything you want to spice up, such as salad dressing, baked beans, tomato based
sauces, rice, etc.
